Turin-based melodic deathers HEXABROT are proud to announce that their debut EP, entitled “The Order Of Things”, is set to be released on March 7th via Ænima Recordings. The EP features 5 tracks for 23 minutes of duration and it will be released on the main digital streaming platforms. “The Order Of Things” finds its audience in those who love Dark Tranquillity, In Flames, but also the progressive vein of bands such as VOLA and Between the Buried and Me, and the world of soundtracks (Mike Oldfield, John Carpenter, Goblin).

HEXABROT has released three videos – watch them below!

HEXABROT’s debut effort “The Order Of Things” showcases five tracks that will take the listener along for a journey through the complexity of human nature, expressed in the distancing from the natural order. Each composition invites reflection on how humans adapt, reshape and ultimately transcend the boundaries established by the natural world. While nature operates according to strict rules, humanity seems to defy this precision, revolving around its deepest inclinations and drives, thus creating something not contemplated by the logic of order.

While singles “Lullaby of the Descent”, “Adamstown” and “Opal Light” deal with Lucifer's defiant fall, the historic Bounty Mutinee and the contradictory relationship between a mother and her astrayed son, the tracks “Sunken Codes” and “Eita” provide the final pieces to the EP's mosaic: the former recounts the fall of a submerged civilization, inspired equally by the Atlantis mythos and the Bioshock videogames; the latter is a powerful final statement on how hate rules over humanity's best intentions.

The Order Of Things” features a perfect blend of devilish and angelic vocals, razor-sharp guitar riffs, marble bass lines, and furiously solid drumming. The group's unique blend creates a distinctive sound that pulls listeners of diverse musical backgrounds into an immersive and engaging journey of emotionally charged experience.
