Vilnius, Lithuania based dark stoner rock band BLACK CITRUS has shared the new single “Shadow Of Your Light”, taken from the band’s debut effort “Glass Mountain”, set to be released on September 13th. The album will be available as cassette and digitally.
With its particular attention for melodies and vaguely dreamy vocal lines, “Shadow Of Your Light” deals with the loss of beloved ones and the desire of feeling the presence of those who have passed away through the company of the night shadows.

The band stated about the album:
“Glass Mountain is a collection of emotions that we’ve endured the last three years. It represents life and struggle. Sometimes it’s slippery and almost impossible to climb and sometimes there’s no visible shadow. We all have inner struggles that cast a shadow on our lives, but we keep it in, leaving the shadow inside us, not visible to the public. We’re really happy with how it turned out and we hope that there is something in it for everyone.”
BLACK CITRUS is a dark stoner rock trio melding heavy psychedelic sounds with raw sludgy tones. The band has had a few line-up changes until its present form, stabilized in 2020. Even though they come from the stoner/doom scene, the band is constantly evolving its sound and experimenting with different elements of music to create its own signature tone. The compositions unfold as journeys, running the gamut of styles from the 90's to the present.
